1. Order Fulfillment
We use two fulfillment methods: Printful (our print-on-demand partner) and in-house shipping from Wisconsin.
Printful Fulfillment
Printful typically takes 3 to 5 business days to fulfill made-to-order items.
Once fulfilled, orders usually ship within 3 business days.
Items may arrive in separate packages depending on Printful’s production and shipping logistics.
In-House Fulfillment (USPS)
Items shipped by us are processed and handed off to USPS within 5 business days.
These orders generally arrive about 2 weeks from the original order date.
2. Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options for customers in the United States:
Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for all US orders under $50.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to US orders of $50 or more.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
All in-house orders are shipped via USPS. Printful may use USPS or other carriers depending on the product and destination.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Shipping Times
Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues
Weather
High seasonal volume
Supply chain or fulfillment delays
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

For Printful orders, we may require photos to process a replacement.
Claims for damages or defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bucko Crooks. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim to be clear and transparent about how returns are handled.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales made through our store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective.
If you receive a defective item:

We will review the claim and provide instructions for next steps.
3. Incorrect or Inaccurate Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect information may require additional shipping fees to resend.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made-to-order or limited-run, we cannot accept returns of any kind except for damaged or defective merchandise.
